A rate, tax band, threshold or formula that looks wrong. Include the page and what you expected. We check and correct within a few days.
General enquiries
Questions about the site, suggestions for new calculators, or feedback on a guide.
We cannot give mortgage advice. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and we cannot tell you which mortgage to take, whether to buy a particular property, or what a lender will do with your application. For that you need a whole-of-market mortgage broker or the lender directly. Please do not send us personal financial details, because we do not want them and cannot act on them.

Data corrections: usually within two working days. Everything else: within five working days. We are a small team, and we would rather reply properly than quickly.
